Culinary Internships – Beginning March 2012. Interns will be paid based on their experience but will range from $8.00- $9.00 per hour. The program requires an avid and inquiring student who wants to learn more about the culinary/pastry arts and its role in a hotel. The student will also learn how to execute a mystery box. Chef de Cuisine at Courtyard at Crane Cottage- Full Time Salary position, looking for a Sous Chef that is ready to move up to this position. Ala Carte dining for lunch and dinner. Please submit resume.
Bellman/Valet -Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record. Able to lift and carry heavy items up flights of stairs. Must be a team player with a professional attitude and enjoy customer service & interaction.
Banquet Server – Candidate must previous banquet experience and knowledge of setups. Hourly wage plus gratuities.
